Art Stories Behind The Painting

This is Babette. Her family calls her Babs. She was leading a life of quiet desperation, working an unsatisfying job she didn’t care for, hanging out with donkeys she really didn’t like, she dreamt of a fulfilling life.
One day, she got into her van and drove across the country from Arizona to New York where she parked and watched bunnies play in the grass in Central Park. Where she also learned that there were baby bunnies who had no mother.
So, she opened up a bunny rescue in New York and now she lives her dream of helping bunnies grow up with caring support and then sends them on their way into the world with confidence and love.

"Delilah Finds Fame"

Delilah is a Harris Squirrel. Not long ago she was at the park during a holiday weekend watching many people having fun eating and playing games at the park.
At the end of the day, there was a lot of food and snacks left behind. The sun was setting, she found a picnic box with pretty fabric lining the inside of the basket.
After eating some potato salad and Cheetos she decided to take a piece of fabric. So, she pulled and tore a piece of the fabric off and she ran home with the fabric in her mouth.
She sat at her sewing machine and wondered what to make with the lovely fabric. She made a pretty dress.
She submitted the dress design to a designer competition and won!!!
Now she designs dresses for stores in New York and Paris.

"A Love Affair with Flowers"

Bettina the beaver loved flowers. All day long she roamed the grassy areas near her home searching for the perfect bloom. She would stop and gaze at the flower and smell the sweet floral fragrance. She had no desire to play with sticks and mud like other beavers. One day she gathered a bouquet of the favorite flowers she found that day and took them to a friend who owned a dress shop. The customers loved the arrangement so much that before long, Bettina was making arrangements for other boutiques. And now a year later she makes flower arrangements for 5 star hotels in California. I

Eliza the Bunny gets herself dressed each morning. She does not know what the day ahead holds, but she always feels that wearing a pretty dress will make any day a good day.
She eats her carrot muffin with chamomile tea. She brushes her soft white fur and puts on a soft dab of pink lip gloss and heads out to the flower garden to enjoy the day.
